Q-How do I change my address?
A-In order to change your address, please fill out the following form OR provide the following information to us in writing. Please send to the address listed above.

Q-Why haven’t I received my check?
A-Checks that are $100 or more are mailed every month around the 20th. When the 20th falls on a holiday or weekend, checks are mailed either on the prior or following business day. Checks that are less than $100 are mailed annually. Please allow 10 business days to receive your check. If 10 business days have passed, please contact the Revenue Distribution department.
Q-Can I set up Direct Deposit?
A-Yes, we offer an electronic funds transfer (EFT) option to our royalty owners. Please fill out the following form and send to the address listed above.

Q-What do I need to send for a change of ownership?
A-Several events could trigger a change of ownership.
-If the ownership change is due to a purchase/sale of interest, please provide the appropriate conveyance filed of record in the county in which the property is located.
-If the owner is deceased please refer to our document requirement form below.

Q-What is required for name changes?
A-Individuals need to send a copy of marriage certificate, divorce decree reinstating maiden name, or other document effecting name change to the above address. Company or Corporations need to send Certificate of Name Change or Certificate of Merger to the above address.
Q-When will I receive my 1099?
A-Form 1099 will be mailed by January 31st. If you have not received your 1099 by February 15th, please contact the Revenue Distribution department.
