Senior Vice President – Wholesale Propane and Terminal Operations
Mr. McCall is our Senior Vice President of Wholesale Propane and Terminal Operations. He has over seventeen years of experience in the energy space working for public companies across the upstream, midstream, marketing, and downstream sectors. Prior to this role, Mr. McCall served as our Vice President of Sales and Supply for Wholesale Propane since May 2022. He joined NGL after eight years at Chesapeake Energy where he was most recently the Manager of Crude Oil and NGL Marketing. Prior to Chesapeake Energy, Mr. McCall was at ConocoPhillips where he held various roles in accounting and finance. Mr. McCall majored in economics and earned his MBA from the University of Oklahoma.
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Cooper is our Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He has over twenty years of experience in the energy space working for public companies with experience across upstream, midstream and downstream sectors. Prior to this role, he served as our Senior Vice President of Administration and Risk Management since June of 2021. He joined NGL after 10 years at WPX Energy where he was most recently Vice President of Finance and Treasurer overseeing corporate finance, the enterprise hedging program, strategic planning and risk management. Prior to WPX Energy, he was at The Williams Companies where he held various corporate finance and risk management leadership roles. Mr. Cooper is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma.
General Counsel and Corporate Secretary
Mr. Collins is our General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. He joined NGL in August of 2015 and previously served as the Company’s Senior Vice President and Assistant General Counsel. Prior to joining NGL, Mr. Collins practiced law in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area, during which time his practice specialized in complex business transactions, real estate, banking, corporate governance, corporate management and management of litigation. Mr. Collins is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and the University of Oklahoma College of Law.
Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer
Ms. Kingham is the Chief Information Officer since April 2014. She has over thirty years of experience in various Information Technology (IT) and compliance roles with public and private companies. Prior to joining NGL, Ms. Kingham served as the Chief Information Officer and Senior IT Audit Manager at a professional advisory firm for nine years. Additionally, she spent nine years of her career at Williams in various IT technical and successive leadership positions. Ms. Kingham has a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and graduated Cum Laude. She holds an active Certified Information Systems Audit certification as well.
Founder, Centennial Energy
Jack Eberhardt is the Founder of Centennial Energy, NGLEP’s LPG marketing and logistics entity. He began his career at Vessels Oil & Gas in the marketing group; where he developed new propane markets along the Front Range and in Wyoming. From 1995 to 1997, Mr. Eberhardt served as Supply Manager for Total Petroleum, handling NGL feedstock for Total’s five United States refineries. Jack joined Centennial Gas Liquids, now Centennial Energy, in 1997, where he served as the Marketing and Business Development Director. Over the past 25+ years, his leadership of Centennial Energy has led to the growth and development of a robust marketing and logistics team which is second to none in the industry. Mr. Eberhardt received his B.A. from Regis University.
Executive Vice President – Liquids Logistics
Jeff Pinter joined NGL in 2018 and currently serves as Executive Vice President of Liquids, which includes Refined Products, Renewables, NGL Supply Wholesale, and NGL Liquids Terminals. He joined NGL after 12 years at Chesapeake Energy Corporation, where he spent nine years on the upstream side of the business, building and developing various unconventional plays from Texas and Wyoming to the Appalachia Basin. He then transferred his skills to Chesapeake Energy Marketing, where he served as Director of Commercial Services and Director of Crude Oil and NGL Marketing. Jeff received his B.A. from Oklahoma State University and his J.D. from the University of Oklahoma.
Executive Vice President – Crude Oil Logistics
Don Robinson brings thirty years of experience in supply and marketing knowledge to the oil industry. Since 1990, his experience has been applied managing crude related business operations, trading, and logistics for south Louisiana. Mr. Robinson currently serves as the Executive Vice President of NGL Crude Logistics, LLC where he is responsible for all crude oil supply and marketing and integrating the previous Gavilon, LLC and High Sierra Energy operations. Mr. Robinson launched his career in 1985 in Operations and Accounting with Challenger Petroleum, a subsidiary of Coastal Corp. He shifted in 1990 to Geonet Gathering as one of three Principal Partners, serving as VP of the marketing/supply crude oil group for South Louisiana. He remained in 2001 when Geonet was purchased by Williams Co. and again in 2003 when Williams sold their South Louisiana crude business to SemGroup. Mr. Robinson again served as VP with SemGroup, but in 2006 SemGroup sold their South Louisiana crude business to Plains All American Pipeline where he was retained as a consultant. In 2010, he implemented a Crude Oil Gathering business for Gavilon alongside an exclusive group of seasoned professionals until December 2013 when Gavilon’s crude oil business was acquired by NGL EP. Mr. Robinson holds a BBA from Mississippi State University and a BS in accounting from University of Houston.
Chief Administrative Officer
Mr. Coady is the Chief Administrative Officer, and has 20 years of retail propane experience. He was the President of Hicks Oils and Hicksgas Incorporated & Vice President of Hicksgas Gifford from 1989 through the companies’ October 2010 merger with NGL Supply to form NGL Energy Holdings. Mr. Coady has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University, and an M.B.A. from Rice University.
President – Eastern Retail Operations
Mr. Osterman is the President of Osterman Associated Companies which contributed the assets of its propane operations to the Partnership on October 3, 2011. Mr. Osterman serves as President of Eastern Retail Propane Operations and is a member of our Board of Directors. Mr. Osterman also serves as a director of the National Propane Gas Association, Propane Gas Association of New England, Energi Holdings, Inc., and the Board of Advisors of the Gaudette Insurance Agency.
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Robert W. (“Trey”) Karlovich III is our Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Karlovich has over 15 years of experience in the energy industry including executive roles in finance and accounting. He most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer for Targa Pipeline Partners, LP, a subsidiary of Targa Resources Partners LP (“Targa”), from February 2015 through February 2016 and as Senior Vice President of Commercial and Business Development for Targa from November 2015 through February 2016. Mr. Karlovich served in various executive roles at Atlas Pipeline Partners, L.P. and its subsidiaries (“APL”) from September 2006 through February 2015 when APL merged with Targa, most recently as Chief Financial Officer (since November 2011) and Chief Accounting Officer (since November 2009). Mr. Karlovich served as Controller of Atlas Pipeline Mid-Continent LLC, a subsidiary of APL, from September 2006 to November 2009. Prior to joining APL, Mr. Karlovich served in various roles at Syntroleum Corporate from February 2004 through September 2006, most recently as Controller and served in various roles in the audit departments for Arthur Andersen LLP and Grant Thornton LLP. Mr. Karlovich is a certified public accountant, a graduate of Oklahoma State University and serves on the board of directors for Youth Services of Tulsa.
Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary
Mr. McMurray has served as our General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since October 2016. Mr. McMurray joined NGL in February 2015 as Vice President, Legal and Corporate Secretary. Prior to joining NGL, Mr. McMurray practiced law in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area since 1998 and was a founding shareholder of Wilkin/McMurray PLLC. Mr. McMurray’s private practice specialized in business transactions, real estate, healthcare, banking, corporate governance, corporate management and commercial litigation.
Senior Vice President – NGL Liquids
Aaron Reece joined NGL in August, 2002. Upon graduating from Fort Hays State University in 1991, Mr. Reece began his career with Farmland Industries. After holding various refined products and natural gas liquids sales and marketing positions, he managed a refined fuels and propane marketing group for the Farmland Industries and Cenex Harvest States joint venture, Country Energy. Mr. Reece’s varied experience has also been leverage at NGL in the areas of wholesale marketing, system implementations, risk management, retail acquisitions and management, and supply logistics. Mr. Reece currently leads our NGL Supply Wholesale division.
Executive Vice President Administration & Legal Counsel
Charles Wilkin serves as Executive Vice President of Administration and Legal Counsel to NGL. Prior to joining NGL in 2014, Mr. Wilkin enjoyed a prolific career as a trial lawyer and lecturer, including numerous successful jury trials in state and federal courts across the United States, with a significant focus on legal matters impacting the energy sector. Mr. Wilkin is recognized by his peers as a Super Lawyer in the areas of labor and employment and commercial litigation. Mr. Wilkin is a magna cum laude graduate from the University of Arkansas and the University of Arkansas School of Law.
Executive Vice President – Refined Products
Mr. Jensen joined NGL when NGL acquired the Gavilon energy business in 2013. He currently serves as the Executive Vice President of the Refined Fuels business. While at Gavilon he served as the Sr. Director of Refined Fuels Marketing and as a Sr. Refined Fuel Trader. Don entered the energy business in 1984 when he joined Conoco working in various parts of the downstream business. After Conoco, Don acted as a refined products trader for several trading companies including Koch Industries, Williams Energy, and Louis Dreyfus. Prior to joining Gavilon Don was the Vice President for Supply and Commercial Marketing for Atlas Oil.
Senior Vice President – Asset Management
Mr. Tanory currently serves as Senior VP of Asset Management for NGL Energy Partners. Todd began his career at BP where he started as an Operations Engineer in the refining division. Throughout his tenure at BP, Todd took on successive commercial leadership roles with oversight of gas processing plants, gathering pipelines, and NGL logistics within the Natural Gas Liquids Business Unit. Todd was VP of NGL Transportation & Operations before starting his role at Gavilon, LLC in 2010. While at Gavilon he built a midstream asset team and infrastructure from the ground up, including responsibility for the construction of the 4.1 million barrel Cushing Storage Terminal. In his current role with NGL Energy Partners, Todd has responsibility for all of the terminals and pipelines in the crude oil and NGL segments. Todd received his BS in Chemical Engineering from LSU and his MBA from Tulane University.
Senior Vice President – Water Solutions
Jim Winter currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Water Solutions for NGL. Previously, Jim Winter joined High Sierra Energy, LP, in January of 2007, as Vice President of High Sierra Crude Oil & Marketing. He has over 30 years of experience in the energy industry. He began his career as an independent petroleum landman in 1979 with Joseph S. Rose & Company. In 1986, Mr. Winter co-founded High Plains Energy Company, an oil and gas land services firm that served a variety of E&P companies throughout the Rockies and northeastern U.S. In 1992, Mr. Winter joined Petro Source Partners, Ltd., where he managed the company’s Permian Basin crude oil purchasing and transportation program. Petro Source was acquired in 2000 by SemGroup, where Mr. Winter was primarily involved in refined products marketing and the acquisition of refined products assets for SemFuel through 2006. Currently, Mr. Winter is Senior Vice President of High Sierra Water Holdings, where he oversees the operations of High Sierra’s various water businesses. Mr. Winter received a B.S. degree from the University of Colorado in 1976 and an M.B.A. degree from the University of Colorado in 1978.
Senior Vice President – Water Solutions
Joshua Patterson joined NGL’s wastewater treatment team in 2011 after managing the Town of Granby Colorado’s and Town of Winter Park’s wastewater treatment plants. Mr. Patterson earned the highest level of wastewater treatment, collection systems, and drinking water certifications in the state of Colorado. He has also worked for the Department of Interior and US Forestry Service. Since 2014, Mr. Patterson has been responsible for NGL’s SWD and Recycling operations in North Dakota, Colorado, and Texas. He now serves as Sr. Vice President of Operations for the Water Solutions segment.
Chief Accounting Officer
Mr. Thuillier has served as our Chief Accounting Officer since January 2016. Prior to joining NGL, Mr. Thuillier served in various roles at Eagle Rock Energy Partners, L.P. from December 2007 through October 2015, most recently as Vice President of Financial Reporting and Corporate Controller. Mr. Thuillier served as Assistant Corporate Controller for Exterran Holdings, Inc. (formerly Universal Compression) from November 2006 through November 2007. Prior to that, Mr. Thuillier served in various roles at Deloitte & Touche LLP, most recently as Audit Senior Manager.
Senior Vice President of Administration and Legal Counsel
Ms. Hamilton joined NGL in February of 2015 as the Director of Training and Compliance. Since that time, Ms. Hamilton has held positions of increasing responsibility within the Human Resources, Benefits, and Insurance departments, while acting as counsel on employment law matters. Ms. Hamilton has represented and counseled companies for more than 20 years as a licensed attorney in the federal and state courts of Oklahoma and Arkansas. Prior to joining NGL, Ms. Hamilton was Of Counsel at Wilkin/McMurray PLLC; a partner at Doerner, Saunders, Daniel & Anderson, LP; and an Adjunct Professor of Employment Law at OSU-Tulsa. Ms. Hamilton has been an author and contributing author on several publications and a speaker at national conferences on employment law. Ms. Hamilton is a graduate of Hendrix College and the University of Arkansas School of Law.
Executive Vice President – Strategic Initiatives
John A. Ciolek joined NGL Energy Partners, LP during 2019 and serves as its Executive Vice President of Strategic Initiatives, including its sustainability efforts. Prior to joining NGL, Mr. Ciolek was a Managing Director of Investment Banking in the oil and gas group at Credit Suisse. He joined Credit Suisse in August 2015 from J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., where he had served since 2011 as head of the Midstream/MLP business within the North American energy group. He previously served for fourteen years with Citigroup’s Global Energy Group, and before that at Paine Webber, Inc. Over the course of his banking career, Mr. Ciolek completed a wide range of investment banking transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, high yield and investment grade debt and corporate lending transactions. John received a MBA with Distinction from the University of Michigan and BA in Political Economy from Williams College.
Executive Vice President – Water Solutions
Doug White is Executive Vice President of NGL Water Solutions, LLC a diversified, public midstream energy company. He has spent his entire career in the energy industry and in his current role, Doug oversees the business and operations of one of the largest produced water transportation and management companies in the US. Since 2009, Doug has been instrumental in the growth of the Water Solutions business with over $2 billion of acquisitions and divestitures. The NGL water disposal system processes more than 1.7 million barrels of produced and flowback water per day and operates in several of the largest oil and gas basins in the US. The entire system includes the largest integrated network of large diameter pipelines, recycling facilities, solids disposal facilities and disposal wells in the highly prolific Delaware Basin. NGL also owns several ranches in Lea County with approximately 200,000 acres, providing fresh water, caliche and landfill facilities. Doug is responsible for all aspects of the Water Solutions business. Preceding its acquisition by NGL in 2012, Doug was Manager of Produced Water Services with High Sierra Energy. He joined High Sierra in 2007 as Vice President of High Sierra Power Marketing. Doug began his energy career at Aquila Power Corporation where he held marketing and trading roles across the power and natural gas markets. Doug received a BA in Economics from Regis University in 2001.

Linda Bridges is our Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. She has over 14 years of experience in various Finance-related roles. Ms. Bridges joined the Partnership in June 2016 as the Partnership’s Vice President of Finance and Treasurer and was promoted to Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasurer in April 2018. Prior to joining the Partnership, she spent nine years in the commercial division at Bank of Oklahoma, primarily as a lender to both upstream and midstream energy clients. Linda holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma and received her undergraduate degree at Washburn University.
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Krimbill is our Chief Executive Officer and also serves as a member of the Board of Directors. He has over 20 years’ experience in executive roles in the propane industry. He was the past President and Chief Financial Officer of Energy Transfer Partners LP from 2004 through 2007, and a former Director of Energy Transfer Equity, the General Partner of Energy Transfer Partners. At Heritage Propane Partners, the predecessor of Energy Transfer Partners, Mr. Krimbill filled various roles from 1990 through 2004, including Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Krimbill served as a member of Williams’ Partners LP board from 2007 – 2012, where he was a member of the Audit Committee and the Chairman of the Conflicts Committee. He also served on the board of Pacific Commerce Bank from 2011-2015. Mr. Krimbill is a graduate of Michigan State University.
NGL partners with the State of New Mexico to secure approximately 10,000 acres of Lesser Prairie Chicken habitat
Department of Game and Fish reveals new property purchase in Southeast New Mexico
SANTA FE – On Thursday, September 23 the New Mexico Department of Game and Fish was joined by members of the State Game Commission; representatives of NGL Energy Partners, LP; Energy, Minerals and Natural Resources Department Secretary Sarah Cottrell Propst; and members of the public to cut the ribbon on a property, recently purchased for the purpose of enhancing wildlife conservation including the Lesser Prairie Chicken, grassland birds and pronghorn antelope and grassland habitats.
The acquisition of the Pipkin Ranch, located about 40 miles southeast of Fort Sumner, NM was made possible through a public-private partnership between the State of New Mexico and NGL Energy Partners. This purchase of 7,500 acres connects two previously owned Department properties, resulting in the creation of a large-scale connectivity project of over 10,000 acres for New Mexico wildlife.
Game and Fish Director Mike Sloane said, “this willing public-private partnership is an example of the positive work that can occur when we all recognize the value of conservation. I am excited to have been a part of this effort and believe that it will stand as an example going forward as we begin to implement the 30 x 30 initiative recently advanced by the Governor.”
Game Commission Chairwoman Sharon Salazar Hickey sad, “purchasing and maintaining property such as this ranch provide a great example of conserving wildlife alongside wind energy development.” She added, “to the average eye, the Pipkin Ranch might look like rolling grassland with little value; but to the Lesser Prairie Chicken it is a chance for growth – an important conservation stronghold!”
The Lesser Prairie Chicken is an iconic American grouse species that has been considered for federal listing through the Endangered Species Act. The Lesser Prairie Chicken tends to occupy native grasslands and prairies. One of the primary causes for concern for the Lesser Prairie Chicken is loss of habitat. It is estimated that 90% of the species habitat has diminished across their historical range.
NGL Energy Partners, LP is a diversified, publicly traded, mid-stream energy and infrastructure company, with the bulk of its New Mexico operations focused on the management of oil and gas waste water. NGL selflessly stepped in to facilitate this purchase – ensuring that this property, with it’s known multiple Lesser Prairie Chicken leks, would be added to the State’s conservation portfolio.
Matthias Sayer, on behalf of NGL Energy Partners said, “it was organic and natural to engage with Game and Fish, and talk about overlapping interests in the conservation of game and non-game wildlife species.”
This public-private partnership came about just days before Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham’s 30 x 30 initiative was issued.
Sayer quoted from Governor Lujan Grisham’s executive order Protecting New Mexico’s Land, Watersheds, Wildlife and Natural Heritage, “voluntary practices implemented by land managers, including private landowners and leaseholders, on working lands (both private and public) provide opportunities to support broader restoration activities, improve watershed health, create resilience in rural and urban communities, add value to the food chain and food security, and contribute to the state’s outdoor recreation and eco-tourism economy, [agencies] shall review and utilize existing authorities, funding and programs within their respective Departments or Offices to support and implement programs designed to conserve, protect and enhance lands and natural environments across the State, coordinate with external stakeholders to the maximum extent practicable, enhance biodiversity, preserve landscapes with the potential to increase water yields or infiltration, wildlife habitat and promote healthy soils and watersheds and finally to ensure movement across the landscape.” Sayer continued, “That is exactly what has been done here today and we are happy to be a part of it.”

Mr. Krimbill is our Chief Executive Officer and also serves as a member of the Board of Directors. He has over 20 years’ experience in executive roles in the propane industry. He was the past President and Chief Financial Officer of Energy Transfer Partners LP from 2004 through 2007, and a former Director of Energy Transfer Equity, the General Partner of Energy Transfer Partners. At Heritage Propane Partners, the predecessor of Energy Transfer Partners, Mr. Krimbill filled various roles from 1990 through 2004, including Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Krimbill served as a member of Williams’ Partners LP board from 2007 – 2012, where he was a member of the Audit Committee and the Chairman of the Conflicts Committee. He also served on the board of Pacific Commerce Bank from 2011-2015. Mr. Krimbill is a graduate of Michigan State University.
Dr. Coady has over 20 years’ experience in the retail propane industry, as well as acquisition and strategic organic growth experience. Dr. Coady served as Vice President of Hicks Oils & Hicksgas Incorporated and President of Hicksgas Gifford from 1989 until its 2010 merger with NGL Supply to form NGL Energy Holdings. Dr. Coady has also served as a Director and Executive Committee member for the Illinois Propane Gas Association since 2004, and as Illinois State Director of the National Propane Gas Association since 2004. He earned a B.A in Chemistry from Emory University and an O.D. from the University of Houston.
Mr. Wade is the President of EIG Global Energy Partners and a member of its Investment and Executive Committees. He has broad involvement in the firm’s various activities including investments, investor relations, operations and strategic initiatives. Since joining EIG in 1996, Mr. Wade has filled various roles including Chief Operating Officer, head of the direct lending strategy, investment principal with coverage responsibility for Australia and an analyst for the oil and gas team. Prior to joining EIG, Mr. Wade was a Commercial Lending Officer for First Interstate Bank of Texas, where he was responsible for developing a middle-market loan portfolio. Mr. Wade received his B.A. in Economics and his B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.
Mr. Guderian joined the board of directors of our general partner in May 2012. He has served as Senior Vice President of Operations of WPX Energy, Inc. since August 2011. Mr. Guderian previously served as Vice President of the Exploration & Production unit of The Williams Companies, Inc. from 1998 until December 2011. He was responsible for overseeing Williams’ international operations and has served as a director of Apco Oil & Gas International Inc., or Apco, since 2002 and a director of Petrolera Entre Lomas S.A. since 2003. Mr. Guderian brings considerable upstream experience to the board including executive, operational and financial expertise from 30 years of petroleum industry involvement, the majority of which has been focused in exploration and production.
Mr. Cropper brings substantial energy experience to the Partnership, and has worked in various executive management and governance roles in the energy industry throughout his career. He currently serves as a director of three other energy companies and Quiktrip. He has previously served on the Board of Directors for Sunoco Logistics Partners LP, Berry Petroleum Company and NRG Energy, Inc. In 1998, he retired after 25 years with The Williams Companies, where he most recently served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Williams Energy Services, a Williams’ operating unit involved in various energy-related businesses. Mr. Cropper was also a director and member of the audit committee for Energy Transfer Partners LP from 2000 until 2005. In addition, he is a past President of the Association of Oil Pipelines.
Derek S. Reiners currently serves as the President of Contango Energy Capital LLC, a privately held investment and consulting firm. Prior to that, Mr. Reiners served in key executive roles at ONEOK, Inc. and ONEOK Partners, L.P. from August 2009 to May 2019, including Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer from August 2009 to December 2012; Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer from January 2013 to May 2017; and Senior Vice President, Finance and Treasurer from June 2017 to May 2019. He also served on the management and audit committees of Northern Border Pipeline Company and the management committee of Roadrunner Gas Transmission. Mr. Reiners spent 15 years in public accounting and was as a partner at Grant Thornton LLP, where he served clients primarily in the energy industry and was the north Texas energy industry practice leader. Mr. Reiners earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with majors in Finance and Economics and a Master of Science degree in Accounting from Oklahoma State University. Mr. Reiners is a certified public accountant.
Mr. Raymond joined the board of directors of our general partner in August 2013. He is the Founder and Majority Owner of The Energy & Minerals Group of which he has been a Managing Partner and the Chief Executive Officer since its September 2006 inception. Mr.Raymond has held executive leadership positions with various energy companies, including President and Chief Executive Officer of Plains Resources Inc. (the predecessor entity of Vulcan Energy Corporation), President and Chief Operating Officer of Plains Exploration and Production Company and was a Director of Plains All American Pipeline, LP. Mr. Raymond is currently a director of American Energy Ohio Holdings, LLC, Ferus Inc., Ferus Natural Gas Fuels Inc., Iron Ore Holdings, Lighthouse Oil & Gas GP, LLC, MarkWest Utica EMG, LLC, Medallion Midstream, LLC, Plains All American GP LLC and Tallgrass MLP GP LLC. He manages various private investments through personally held Lynx Holdings, LLC. Mr. Raymond received a B.S.M. from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University with dual concentrations in finance and accounting and currently sits on the Board of the Business School Council.
J. M. “Jim” Collingsworth serves as a member of the Board of Directors of our general partner. He has served as a board member since February 2015. Mr. Collingsworth spent 41 years in all facets of the midstream and petrochemical industry. In 2013, Mr. Collingsworth retired from Enterprise Products Company as Sr. Vice President of Regulated NGL Pipelines & Natural Gas Storage. Mr. Collingsworth has served on the board of directors of Texaco Canada, Dixie Pipeline Company, Seminole Pipeline Company, White River Natural Gas Hub and the Petrochemical Feedstock Association of America. He currently serves on the board of directors of Martin Midstream Partners. Mr. Collingsworth received a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Marketing from Northeastern State University.
Mr. Schaufele has worked at The Energy & Minerals Group (EMG) since 2011. EMG is a private investment firm with $16 billion of Regulatory Assets Under Management that focuses on investing across various facets of the global natural resource industry including the upstream and midstream segments of the energy complex. Mr. Schaufele previously worked at a middle-market private equity investment firm and JPMorgan. Mr. Schaufele currently serves as a director of Ascent Resources, LLC, Heritage NonOp Holdings, LLC, Heritage Minerals Holdings, LLC, White Star Petroleum Holdings, LLC, and Utica Minerals Development, LLC. Mr. Schaufele brings extensive financial and industry experience to the board with 14 years of experience in the energy sector. Mr. Schaufele received a B.S. in Business and Accounting from Washington & Lee University.
Mr. Furman is the Senior Vice President of the NGL-Liquids division in charge of our Natural Gas Liquids Supply and Wholesale business. Mr. Furman began his career in energy with Texaco NGL, where he served as a Logistics Representative. Mr. Furman has been part of the NGL teams at Williams, Enterprise and BP where his last role was Regional Vice President in BP’s North American NGL group. Mr. Furman then took over the leadership of the Natural Gas Liquids team at Gavilon, where he started and led Gavilon’s wholesale propane division until being purchased by NGLEP. Mr. Furman received his B.S. from the University of Tulsa.
Mr. Vangilder joined NGL in late 2013 with the Gavilon LLC purchase, and currently serves as Senior Vice President of Biodiesel for NGL Crude Logistics LLC, where he oversees the operations and commercial activities associated with the Biodiesel business. Grant held several positions as a commodity merchandiser within the Soybean Crush and Renewable Fuels divisions at Archer Daniels Midland from 1999 thru 2010; in 2010 he took a position at Gavilon LLC in their Renewable Fuels division. Grant received a B.S. in Agricultural Business from Iowa State University in Ames, Ia.
Mr. Borgen serves as Senior Vice President of Ethanol for NGL. Mr. Borgen joined NGL in December 2013 in connection with NGL’s acquisition of Gavilon, LLC, where Mr. Borgen oversaw ethanol marketing, origination and investment beginning in July 2012. Prior to joining Gavilon, Mr. Borgen was Senior Vice President of Commodity Risk and Operations for Aventine Renewable Energy. Mr. Borgen has held senior level commodity risk management, marketing, and operations positions for Barclay’s Capital, Sempra Energy, and PG&E National Energy Group. Mr. Borgen holds a B.A. from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota.
Mr. Dobrauc serves as Senior Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions and is responsible for transaction structuring and execution across our business segments. Mr. Dobrauc was formerly a Director of Business Development with Gavilon Energy where he structured and closed numerous growth capital transactions for Gavilon’s crude oil, refined products, renewable fuels and NGL businesses. He has served in M&A, project finance and corporate development roles over the last 13 years with a primary focus on natural resources and energy infrastructure. Mr. Dobrauc received a B.S. in Finance from Creighton University.
Mr. Blais joined NGL in March 2012 and is responsible for developing potential business opportunities from inception through to construction and integration. He manages a team of project managers, engineers and market analysts who work across all of NGL’s business units. Mr. Blais is a Colorado registered Professional Engineer with over 18 years of experience in both the design and construction of large scale infrastructure projects including pipelines, terminals and industrial wastewater treatment facilities. Prior to joining NGL, he spent five years working for URS Corporation developing their international water services business and delivering complete water solutions for a number of Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Blais received a BS and MS degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado and an MBA from the University of Manchester.
Jim Burke is President of NGL and also a member of the Board of Directors. He co-founded High Sierra Energy, LP, in 2004, and where he serves as President & Chief Executive Officer and co-Managing Director. Mr. Burke received his B.S from University of Colorado in 1978. Mr. Burke began his career as a Crude Oil Representative at Permian Corporation from 1978-1981. Mr. Burke then joined Asamera Oil (U.S.) Inc. where he served as Manager of Crude Oil Acquisitions from 1981-1984. Mr. Burke, along with three other entrepreneurs, co-founded Petro Source Partners, where he ran six business units throughout the U.S. and Canada for the company over a 17 year span. Mr. Burke was instrumental in helping the company achieve over $1.0 billion in annual revenues when the company was sold during 2001.
Ms. Straight is the Senior Vice President of Accounting, Corporate Controller since August 2014. She previously served as our Vice President and Controller since October 2010. Ms. Straight was the Vice President of Finance and Controller of NGL Supply from 2005 until the membership interests in NGL Supply were contributed to us as part of our formation transactions. Ms. Straight joined NGL Supply in 2002 as Controller and Director of Accounting. Ms. Straight began her career at Texaco Inc. in 1986. She was promoted to positions of increasing responsibility at Texaco during the 1990s, becoming the Manager of NGL Financial Reporting and Planning in 2000. Ms. Straight has a B.S. in Accounting from Northeastern State University.
