Midstream
Our Midstream business consists of our propane terminal operations. We take delivery of propane from pipeline and truck sources at our terminals, then transfer the propane to third party trucks for delivery to retailers and wholesalers. Our 15 terminals located throughout the Midwest, West and Great Lakes areas of the United States, as well as Ontario, Canada, give us a broad footprint to flexibly serve our customers’ needs.
Wholesale Supply and Marketing
Our wholesale supply and marketing group provides procurement, storage, transport and supply services throughout the Midwest, Northeast, Southeast and Gulf Coast regions of the United States. We purchase wholesale propane supply from refiners, gas processing plants, producers and resellers. Our wholesale product is distributed using common carrier pipelines, rail car terminals, leased storage, and direct wholesale customer delivery. To provide additional stability and support to our retail customer base, the Wholesale Supply group acquires the majority of the propane supply for our retail operations.
Retail
Our retail operation markets, sells and distributes propane. With the added assets contributed by our recent transaction with E. Osterman Propane, we now serve approximately 124,000 customers in 11 states throughout the Midwest and Northeast, using an estimated 5.7 million gallons of storage capacity and our own fleet of delivery and service trucks as well as transport vehicles.
