Mr. Pauling is the NGL Logistics President of our Midstream Division. He formerly served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of NGL Supply from 1997 until the October 2010 merger to form NGL Energy Holdings. Mr. Pauling joined NGL Supply in 1988 as Vice President of Supply, MidContinent. He is the former Vice President of Mid-Continent Supply and Trading for Vanguard Petroleum Corporation, where he was employed from 1980 to 1988. Mr. Pauling also held various management positions in operations and marketing for Mapco, Inc. including General Manager of Marketing and Business Development.
